Introducing our high-performance grout-effect sealant, designed for both walls and floors with advanced Microban antimicrobial protection. This ready-to-use sealant features innovative grout-effect silicone technology, delivering a textured, matt finish ideal for perimeter and movement joints. It offers superior waterproofing and excellent adhesion, making it perfect for sealing between tiles and various surfaces, including sanitaryware, acrylic, fibreglass, glass, glazed tiles, porcelain, and painted surfaces in both dry and wet environments.

Achieve a seamless finish with this product, which is color-matched to our Micromax3 ECO Grouts, ensuring a consistent look for your project. Micromax Grout-Effect silicone sealant maintains a strong bond that withstands weathering, UV radiation, and water immersion. Its built-in antimicrobial protection guards against black mould, mildew, and bacteria, making it an excellent choice for both commercial and domestic applications.

USE FOR:

• Grout-effect matte sealing
• Sealing movement joints, internal & external corners, and perimeter joints
• Protection against mildew and black mould
• Suitable for various surfaces, including acrylic, ceramic, fibreglass, glass, glazed, and painted
• Effective in both dry and wet conditions, interior and exterior

CURING TIME:

• 24 hours (for a 3mm thickness)

Note: For the best matte finish, smooth the silicone once. Repeated smoothing will reduce the matte effect.

NOT suitable for
• Aquariums, swimming pools, and natural stone
